These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the One Plus Labs website located at onepluslabs.com (the “Site”) and any purchase of products from One Plus Labs (“One Plus Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our privacy practices as described on the Site.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site and do not purchase any products. We may refuse service, suspend or terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

All products sold by One Plus Labs are furnished strictly for laboratory research purposes. Products are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease, and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for any such use.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution; that products will be handled only by persons trained in appropriate laboratory safety procedures; and that products will be used exclusively in a controlled research setting in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

Any use of our products in or on humans or animals — by administration, resale, relabeling, or otherwise — is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account termination and, where required, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

You must be at least 21 years of age to access the Site or to purchase products. By entering the Site and completing a purchase, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you satisfy the researcher qualifications described in Section 02.

We reserve the right to request documentation supporting your research affiliation or intended use, and to decline or cancel any order where that documentation is not provided or where the intended use appears inconsistent with these Terms.

When you create an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, current, and complete, and to keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Notify us immediately at support@onepluslabs.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Each production batch is analyzed by an independent laboratory, typically using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and/or mass spectrometry, and is shipped with a certificate of analysis (COA). Current COAs are published on our certificates of analysis page.

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and pricing accurate, but we do not warrant that Site content is error-free. The physical appearance of lyophilized material — for example a compact puck versus a loose powder — may vary between batches without any effect on identity, purity, or research utility.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Your order is an offer to purchase; a contract is formed only when we accept the order by confirming shipment. We may cancel any order — including for pricing errors, suspected misuse, or regulatory concerns — and will refund any amount collected for a cancelled order.

We accept the payment methods presented at checkout, which may include card payment, ACH bank transfer, and Zelle. Orders paid by bank transfer or Zelle are held until payment is received and verified; verification typically takes [1–3] business days.

Discount codes are single-use per order unless expressly stated otherwise, may not be combined, carry no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.

We ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Delivery windows shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, and tracking information is provided once an order ships. Additional detail is available on our shipping & returns page.

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address and for compliance with any federal, state, provincial, or local regulations that apply to research compounds in your jurisdiction. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier. Report lost or damaged shipments to us within seven (7) days of the marked delivery date.

Unopened products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within fourteen (14) days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping charges. Because of the sterile and temperature-sensitive nature of research peptides, products that have been opened, reconstituted, or whose seals are compromised cannot be returned.

To initiate a return, contact support@onepluslabs.com with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days of our receipt of the returned product.

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• administer, or permit the administration of, any product to a human or an animal;
• resell, redistribute, or relabel any product without our prior written authorization;
• use any product in food, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or any consumer good;
• misrepresent your identity, age, affiliation, or intended use when accessing the Site or placing an order;
• export any product in violation of applicable export-control or customs laws;
• interfere with the operation of the Site, probe or test its vulnerabilities, or access it by automated means except as permitted by applicable law.

The Site and all of its content — including the “One Plus” and “One Plus Labs” names and marks, logos, text, graphics, imagery, and compiled data — are the property of One Plus Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for the purpose of evaluating and purchasing research materials. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used to create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the Site is described in our privacy practices. Order and shipment records are retained as required for regulatory, tax, and audit purposes.

Transactional communications — order confirmations, status updates, and payment notices — are sent to the email address on your account. You may manage optional notifications from your account preferences; transactional messages necessary to fulfil an order cannot be disabled.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Plus Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising out of or related to your possession, handling, storage, or use of any product; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at support@onepluslabs.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in Miami-Dade, Florida and you and One Plus Labs each waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Either party may bring a qualifying claim in the small claims court of Miami-Dade, Florida.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revisions take effect when posted with an updated “last updated” date, and for material changes we will provide additional notice on the Site or by email. Your continued use of the Site after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
