International Electric Travel Cooler research reference
The International Electric Travel Cooler is a TSA-compliant, portable electric medication and vial cooler designed to keep temperature-sensitive research materials between 35–46°F (2–8°C) on the move. It combines dual cooling methods — pre-frozen biogel for passive holding and USB-powered active cooling — with an intelligent anti-frost chip and a real-time digital temperature display, so refrigerated compounds are protected from both freezing and overheating during travel.
Dual cooling methods
The cooler supports two independent cooling modes. Pre-frozen biogel (freeze 6–8 hours before departure) preserves contents for 48–60 hours at room temperature, or around 30 hours in hot climates, with no power source required. USB-powered active cooling runs from laptops, power banks, car adapters, or hotel outlets using the included 5W cable. Note: both modes cannot operate simultaneously.
- Biogel passive cooling: 48–60hrs room temp / 30hrs hot climates
- USB active cooling from any 5W USB source
- TSA-compliant for carry-on travel
Precision thermostatic control
A variable-frequency thermostatic system maintains a continuous 35–46°F internal range (ambient 35–95°F) and automatically stops cooling once the target temperature is reached, preventing medication from freezing. An intelligent anti-frost chip auto-regulates output to save energy, while the isolating vial pouch adds a second thermal barrier. The digital display shows the real-time internal temperature at a glance.
- Holds 35–46°F (2–8°C) continuously
- Anti-frost chip prevents freezing and overheating
- Real-time digital temperature display
Rapid, quiet cooling
The upgraded top-lid fan port resolves heat dissipation at the base of the chamber. Thickened aluminum tubes and an enclosed compartment cool vials and pens to target temperature in under 10 minutes while preserving cold air, and the unit operates below 30dB — quiet enough for overnight use on flights and in hotel rooms.
Capacity and portability
The 900ml chamber is built from 304 stainless steel with vacuum insulation and holds 3–7 standard-sized vials or insulin pens, plus small ancillary supplies. A dedicated shoulder bag is included for easy carry. Please check the product dimensions and compatibility list before travel.

International Electric Travel Cooler FAQ
Is the International Electric Travel Cooler TSA approved?
Yes. The cooler is TSA-compliant and designed for carry-on travel, so temperature-sensitive vials and medications can stay refrigerated through airport security and flights.
How long does the cooler stay cold?
With pre-frozen biogel, contents stay below 46°F for 48–60 hours at room temperature or about 30 hours in hot climates. USB-powered mode cools continuously for as long as it is connected to a power source.
What temperature range does it maintain?
The variable-frequency thermostat holds 35–46°F (2–8°C) and automatically stops at the target temperature, with an anti-frost chip and digital display preventing freezing or overheating.
How many vials does it hold?
The 900ml 304 stainless steel chamber holds 3–7 standard-sized vials or insulin pens, with room for small ancillary supplies.
